Job Summary
Package freshly baked breads, pastries, and bakery products according to established standards. Accurately count products and verify quantities for retail café and wholesale customer orders, then label, organize, sort, and stage completed orders for delivery. Read and follow product, packaging, and order information; identify and communicate missing products, incorrect quantities, or other order discrepancies. Assist teammates to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time. Wash dishes, production equipment, utensils, racks, containers, and other bakery equipment as assigned. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment, floors, sinks, and production areas according to established sanitation procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas throughout the shift. Cross-train and assist in other Night Bakery Operations functions based on daily production and business needs. Work late-night and overnight shifts seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to perform cleaning, sanitation, and dishwashing responsibilities as an essential part of the position
- Flexibility and willingness to move between different work assignments during a shift
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to assist coworkers when needed
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas of Night Bakery Operations
- Availability to consistently work late-night and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Night Bakery Operations take place seven days a week
- Number of shifts: 3 - 5 per week
- Typical shifts may include: 5:00 PM–1:00 AM, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, and 7:00 PM–3:00 AM
- Part-Time Benefit Eligible = 30+ hours per week
- Part-Time = 16 - 24 hours per week
- Full-Time = 35 - 40+ hours per week
