Job Summary
Complete nightly audit processes, balance daily revenue, and run reports to ensure financial accuracy. Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and service requests while monitoring hotel safety and security during overnight hours. Address guest concerns and resolve issues, then prepare the front desk for the morning shift transition. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Work consistent overnight shifts any day of the week, including holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Previous front desk or night audit experience
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Calm, responsible, and able to work independently
- Capable of working consistent overnight shifts any day of the week including holidays and weekends
