Night Auditor

Clock in at scheduled time in uniform, count and record cash on hand, and lock/unlock pool and other doors per company policy. Answer guest questions for directions or needs, handle reservations, and check in/out guests while ensuring telephone service meets standards with calls answered within three rings. Process credit cards nightly, enter data into Encompass, set wake-up calls, and approve stay-online charges. Assist with lobby cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor(s).
