Job Summary
Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Services Agent: responsible for front desk duties during the overnight shift, including answering phones, taking reservations, checking guests in and out, posting charges, balancing nightly revenue, reconciling accounts, generating reports, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance. Must provide exceptional guest service, maintain security, and assist with concierge services, while staying knowledgeable about local dining and activities and ensuring a smooth, safe, and memorable overnight experience for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, customer service, or cash-handling preferred but not required
