Night Auditor

Night Auditor on the 3rd shift performs guest services duties including greeting and registering guests, verifying payment methods and deposits, assigning rooms, balancing cash and accounts, posting charges (rooms, food & beverage, etc.), handling room keys, assisting with check-out reviews, and coordinating with other hotel departments. The role supports night audit procedures, maintains records manually or digitally, and ensures guest satisfaction while working part- or full-time with night and weekend availability.
