Job Summary
Conduct front desk operations and guest services during the graveyard shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, including processing check-ins, check-outs, and assisting with late-night arrivals. Maintain financial integrity by auditing guest accounts to ensure accuracy and keep the front desk clean and welcoming. Provide exceptional service to guests throughout the night while addressing customer requests with a smile. This part-time role requires ability to work weekends and basic computer skills. Competitive pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour with benefits including hotel discounts, weekly lunches, and a customer service award program.
