Job Summary
Complete the nightly audit process by running reports, verifying balances and card authorizations, and reporting discrepancies to management immediately. Greet and assist all guests during arrival and departure, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries while maintaining high service standards. Prepare the lobby and back office for the next day, manage cash handling, and respond to emergency situations or incidents as required. Work flexible shifts including nights and early mornings, maintaining composure under pressure and ensuring accurate financial processing throughout the overnight period.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Analytical and mathematic skills as pertain to guest billing
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and managers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and Property Management Systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand during entire shift
