Job Summary
In this overnight role as a Night Auditor, you will provide exemplary service to guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and resolve guest concerns. Responsibilities include preparing daily Food & Beverage revenue reports, balancing PMS reports, entering financial data to generate reports, and addressing computer issues. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience in guest services are required, along with knowledge of accounting, basic math skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Previous hotel experience and CPR/First Aid Certification are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent required
- Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting
- Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
- CPR/First Aid Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Hotel experience preferred
- Previous experience with hotel PMS systems
- Knowledge of accounting operations
