Job Summary
Perform front desk duties including guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing during night shifts. Conduct night audits to verify account accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues while ensuring hotel premises safety and security. Collaborate with departments to address guest needs and maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions. Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere. Join the team to contribute to the smooth operation of the newly reimagined Royal Palm South Beach Miami during overnight hours.
Required Qualifications
- Prior cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills
