Job Summary
Conduct night shift front desk operations by welcoming and registering guests, resolving inquiries, and managing check-in/out activities. Reconcile all daily transactions, enter resort data for accounting, and perform accuracy verification of revenue and occupancy status. Execute audit functions to prepare daily financial reports while maintaining guest rapport and resolving problems efficiently. Work evening and overnight hours, weekends, and holidays in an office environment with frequent interruptions. Assist with concierge, bellman, and storm preparation duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
