Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year College or Technical School
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Ability to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner
- Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
