Job Summary
Conduct end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties, including assisting late-night guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing customer requests. Audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities by performing all audit procedures, attributing required reports, and verifying wake-up call status. Balance cash receipts, prepare the front office for the 'A' shift, and act as the manager on duty and PBX operator during night hours. Greet guests warmly, attend front office meetings, and participate in training programs while complying with all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills
- Customer Service Skills required
- Financial management skills required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, and/or equivalent experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred
- Brand systems knowledge preferred
