Job Summary
Conduct end-of-day accounting tasks, overnight front desk duties, and guest assistance during night shifts. Audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities while verifying wake-up call requests and processing check-ins and check-outs. Act as the manager on duty and guest service representative, handling customer requests and operating the PBX. Prepare the front office for the 'A' shift and reset days business, attend front office meetings, and participate in training programs. Set up breakfast areas as needed and greet guests warmly. Report to work for scheduled shifts, on time and in uniform, complying with all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Financial management skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, and/or equivalent experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred
- Brand systems knowledge preferred
