Job Summary
Night Auditor at Hyatt Place Park Meadows in Lone Tree, Colorado. Responsible for closing the business day by balancing revenues and receipts, performing bookkeeping activities, and providing guest services such as check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries, ensuring a smooth overnight operation. Duties include greeting and registering guests, verifying payment methods and processing credit authorizations, maintaining records in the property management system, balancing daily receipts, conducting income audits, assisting with check-out processes and resolving discrepancies, answering inquiries, coordinating with overnight staff, making reservations, providing information on services and local attractions, documenting guest feedback, performing nightly bucket checks, and supporting security during overnight shifts. Requires experience in hospitality or customer service, bookkeeping proficiency, strong communication, PMS proficiency, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail; overtime availability for weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using property management systems and office software
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
