Job Summary

Audit, balance, and report daily transactions for Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, including room charges, cash handling, and credit card settlements. Greet arriving and departing guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and respond to inquiries regarding reservations, services, and local activities. Operate the PBX system, manage valet parking, and retrieve luggage while documenting vehicle inspections. Perform nightly audit procedures to verify revenues and execute final reporting, ensuring all cash drawers and point-of-sale systems are reset for the next business day. Maintain accurate records, protect assets, and adhere to safety and security procedures throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to operate personal computer, cash register and calculator
  • Ability to compile facts and figures
  • Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills
  • Moderate hearing
  • Excellent vision
  • Excellent speech communication skills
  • Excellent comprehension and literacy
  • Must be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles
  • Valid driver's license
  • Driving record that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
  • Must be able to see objects and people up close and at a distance
  • Must be able to grasp handles, carry bundles and lift packages
  • Must be able to lift packages up to 25 lbs
  • 90% of shift is standing
  • Bending/kneeling - repeated bending and kneeling required
  • Mobility - must be able to reach all areas of hotel to assist clients
  • Prolonged standing
  • Must be able to see objects and people up close and at a distance
