Night Auditor

As Night Auditor for The Newberry by Hilton in Bend, OR, you’ll be the overnight anchor ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reconciliation, and exceptional guest service. You’ll manage front desk responsibilities, support overnight guest needs, and prepare the property for the next day. Responsibilities include greeting guests, reconciling and closing daily front desk transactions and reports, running night audit processes and preparing next-day reports for key departments, monitoring overnight operations, assisting with breakfast prep, promoting brand loyalty programs, processing retail/pantry transactions, maintaining inventory, and communicating maintenance or housekeeping needs to appropriate teams while upholding the hotel’s service and cleanliness standards.
