Night Auditor

Night Auditor at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort in Greece oversees overnight front office operations, handles late check-ins/early check-outs, addresses guest requests, and maintains security and hospitality standards. Responsibilities include end-of-day accounting, reconciling daily revenue, payments, and transactions, verifying room rates and guest accounts, generating daily financial and operational reports, and ensuring proper closing of the PMS. Operational duties cover coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security, preparing wake-up calls and breakfast requests, and maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby. Administrative duties include accurate record-keeping and secure handling of cash and card transactions, with communication of overnight incidents to morning management. Required/preferred skills include experience in hotel front office or night audit, proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, Protel), strong numerical and organizational abilities, and excellent customer-service and English-language communication; additional languages are a plus.
