Job Summary
Conduct overnight guest services from 11 PM to 7 AM, handling check-ins, reservations, and inquiries. Prepare and finalize Night Audit work to ensure accurate daily transaction balancing, while serving as the hotel's manager on duty. Perform security walks to ensure guest and property safety or direct security personnel. Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights. Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service. Requires one year of hotel experience and proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year in a hotel or related field
- High School diploma or equivalent
