Job Summary
Night Auditor/PT at Grand Pacific Resorts in Carlsbad, CA: balance daily transactions, perform night audit, register guests, balance revenue, and print morning reports. Provide guest services (door/bell service as needed), answer inquiries by letter/phone/in person, and communicate information about resort services. Maintain accurate charges and room rates, log wake-up calls, and ensure management is aware of guest special requests. Uphold standards of service, professionalism, and attendance; operate multi-line phones; assist housekeeping with nightly tasks and customer service. Requires detail orientation, at least one year of night audit experience, strong communication skills, and high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications

- Professional telephone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in hospitality/time share (preferred)
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
