Job Summary
Night Auditor at Springhill Suites in Ridley Park: Oversee night audit operations, balance the day's revenue with front desk duties during the overnight shift, and ensure guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints, process check-ins/check-outs according to established hotel requirements, adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies, and generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments. Possess strong communication and guest-service skills to meet and exceed guest expectations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred), ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff, computer experience preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of local activities and attractions for clientele is helpful.
