Job Summary
Night Auditor (Part-Time) - provide Legendary Service at the front desk, check guests in/out, perform cashier duties, audit accounts, and prepare daily, monthly, and yearly management reports. Responsible for post and balance guest charges, process credit card transmittals and no-show billings, and act as manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager. Must be knowledgeable with front desk computer and cashier systems, understand room rates and accommodations, and communicate hotel amenities to guests while ensuring accurate guest records and payments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous front desk, reservations, and/or hospitality experience preferred.
