Job Summary
Night Auditor responsibilities include reconciling front desk cashier transactions, preparing and distributing daily and management reports, ensuring accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions, and communicating concerns to management. The role also entails guest service duties such as check-in/check-out, switchboard operation, and reservations; must balance and reconcile financial reports and act as PBX operator during the audit shift while maintaining overall guest satisfaction. Schedule is 11pm-7:30am with varying days; starting rate is $19/hour. Requires ability to work flexible, long hours and to perform audit procedures per policy.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Guest Service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
