Job Summary
Conduct daily security patrols and inspections of public areas, meeting rooms, entrances, and grounds while monitoring surveillance cameras for unauthorized persons or vehicles. Respond promptly to guest incidents, complaints, and requests, and investigate loss and safety incidents involving guests, staff, or hotel assets in compliance with state regulations and hotel procedures. Maintain security logs, manage key control and lost-and-found items, and ensure all guest room doors are secured. Escort staff and guests as requested, inspect employee bags and time cards, and perform on-property snow removal when assigned. Administer CPR if required and coordinate with EMS for medical emergencies.

- Ability to accurately compute and manipulate mathematical calculations.

- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger.
- Ability to administer CPR on guest or staff member in accordance to guidelines and communicate specified information to EMS/medical personnel as required.
