Job Summary
Process credit card transactions, verify room availability, and balance daily revenue while handling phone reservations and guest inquiries. Perform check-in and check-out procedures, prepare folios for departing guests, and ensure laundry and common area maintenance are completed. Conduct regular internal property walks, monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures, and maintain lobby appearance. Work 2-3 days per week from 11 pm to 7 am, with availability for every other weekend and holidays. This part-time role supports Concord Hospitality's mission of quality and integrity within a diverse, inclusive team.

Desired Qualifications
