Job Summary
Night Auditor position (part-time) at Concord Hospitality focused on delivering excellent guest service during the night shift. Key duties include processing credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets, handling phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries, performing check-in/check-out procedures, verifying and balancing room availability and transactions, preparing folios for departing guests, maintaining lobby appearance, assisting with AM breakfast setup as needed, and monitoring hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night. Requires independence, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a professional, customer-service oriented approach to hospitality.
