Job Summary
Execute guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments while maintaining brand quality assurance standards. Manage collections, key control, and property documentation in compliance with company policies. Monitor competitor occupancy to optimize rates and issue credits. Provide local attraction information to guests and respond quickly to emergency situations. Maintain a friendly attitude during all shifts while ensuring accurate cash handling and data entry. Perform other duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- proficient in administration of applicable property management systems
- ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations
- experience in accurate cash handling and credit cards
- experience in maintaining security of confidential information
- can pass certification tests required to meet brand standards
- experience working with a computer especially data entry
- work well with others
- always maintain a customer focus and put the guests' needs first
- approachable and encourage effective communication with guests and fellow team members
- comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time
