Job Summary
Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including checking in late-arriving guests, assisting with early departures, and responding to guest inquiries. Perform end-of-day accounting procedures by balancing guest accounts, reconciling transactions, and generating daily financial and operational reports. Monitor hotel safety and security, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and prepare the property for the next day's operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards while maintaining accurate records within the property management system.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, accounting, or customer service
