Job Summary
Conduct the nightly front office audit, compile end-of-day statistics, and balance cash drawers to ensure accurate revenue reporting. Perform pre-breakfast duties, manage guest wake-up calls, and handle reservations via telephone and central systems. Process accounts payable and receivable, analyze daily operating results, and distribute the Daily Flash Report and cost-per-room data. Balance cash drawers, run end-of-day computer functions, and send activity summaries to the General Manager and Opal Director. Maintain lobby standards, address guest inquiries and complaints, and train front desk personnel on the property management system. Work the night shift up to 40+ hours per week in a role requiring fluency in English and proficiency with hotel operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher-level education
- 2 years Hotel front office experience
- Must be willing to work up to 40+ hours per week with flexibility
- Must work the Night shift
- Must speak fluent English
