Job Summary
Night Auditor Supervisor oversees the overnight front desk and night audit functions, balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions, generating detailed reports, and maintaining guest accounts with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction. Leads and mentors the night audit team, coordinates with other departments to resolve issues, and ensures compliance with hotel policies during the overnight shift. Requires experience in hotel night audits, PMS proficiency (Opera/Maestro), strong accounting skills, and effective communication to deliver reliable financial reporting and exceptional guest service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years experience in hotel night audit or front desk operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of hotel property management systems (PMS) and night audit procedures
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
