Night Auditor

Job Summary
Night Auditor responsible for maximizing revenue and delivering excellent customer service through reservations sales, accurate guest accounts, and handling check-in/check-out, while resolving issues and supporting guest experiences. Duties include auditing and reconciling financial and statistical reports, preparing and distributing daily reports (e.g., Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports), month-end reports, and processing credit cards in a timely manner. Must perform data processing tasks, maintain attention to detail under pressure, and be able to cross-train in other accounting or hotel-related areas. Requires strong numerical ability, effective communication with guests and team members, proficiency with keyboarding and hotel systems (MS Word/Excel, etc.), and a willingness to work an overnight shift (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am). Knowledge/experience of accounting principles and a high school diploma or equivalent are required, with prior customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
