Night Auditor

Night Auditor position at Ocean Place Resort & Spa overseeing overnight front desk operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and financial accuracy. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, processing efficient check-ins/outs, handling guest requests and billing inquiries, providing information on hotel amenities, coordinating with departments for guest needs (e.g., Fresh Bites orders), performing nightly audit procedures, balancing and reconciling Front Desk, Rooms, and F&B revenue, posting charges and processing adjustments, verifying payment transactions, running reports and backups, and maintaining accurate records to ensure financial integrity. Also responsible for coordinating with Security and Housekeeping, monitoring room availability and promotions, and responding to emergencies per hotel procedures. Qualifications emphasize experience in hotel, hospitality, or Front Desk roles with a preference for prior Night Audit experience; strong customer service, attention to detail, ability to work independently during overnight hours, and proficiency with hotel management software.
