Night Auditor

Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism while handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, providing local recommendations and insider tips to enhance stays. Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service, while keeping the lobby and front desk area inviting and organized. This role requires availability for the 11pm-7am shift and two years of hotel front desk experience.
