Job Summary
Night Manager/Night Auditor at The Luxury Collection hotel: oversee overnight operations, ensure a seamless guest experience, supervise the night team, and manage the night audit process with accurate revenue reconciliation and financial reporting. Serve as the senior on-duty decision-maker, handle guest feedback and VIP arrivals with professionalism, coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Butler services during the night, and ensure smooth handovers to daytime teams while upholding ultra-luxury service standards. Maintain safety and security, protect guest privacy, and uphold brand standards and internal controls. Requires 3-5 years of supervisory hotel experience, proficiency with Opera Cloud or Fidelio, and fluency in English and Spanish; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Full-time overnight role based in Madrid, Spain.”,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in luxury or 5-star hotel environments
- Experience in Front Office operations and night audit processes
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (Opera Cloud, Fidelio, or similar)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and discretionary skills
- VIP guest management and confidentiality
