Job Summary
Conduct daily audits by verifying and balancing financial transactions from hotel departments, ensuring all guest charges are posted correctly to folios. Identify out-of-balance situations promptly, produce management reports, and correct errors to prevent recurrence. Check guests in and out, answer service questions, and balance food and beverage outlets. Maintain a neat work area, report unsafe conditions immediately, and complete other assigned duties including cross-training. Requires high school math level, cash handling experience, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Prior cash handling experience
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- High school math level
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Computer literate
- No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others
- Attend all mandatory meetings
