Job Summary
Night Auditor at ibis budget London Heathrow Central who will lead night-front desk activities, welcome guests during the night, perform night audit procedures, handle guest queries and safety checks, support other departments for night-time operations, and prepare handovers for the morning shift. Requires prior hotel reception or guest-service experience, familiarity with Opera Cloud, strong English communication, ability to work independently during night shifts, and a customer-focused, calm, and reliable attitude. Training will cover front-of-house functions, hotel safety procedures, and systems needed to support the role; one-night guest experience included to understand the guest journey.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous experience in hotel reception, guest service, or a similar customer-facing role
- Has previous experience with Opera Cloud
- Are fluent in English
- Are able to work independently during night shifts
- Are calm, responsible and able to handle unexpected situations professionally
- Have strong communication skills
- Are organised and accurate with administrative tasks
- Are comfortable using hotel systems, or willing to learn
- Understand the importance of safety, security and guest wellbeing
