Prepare and dispose of all night audit checklist work and reports while delivering guest expectations and executing brand service standards. Check guests in and out professionally, register arrivals with payment methods, and answer inquiries regarding room categories, rates, and local amenities. Maintain accurate accounting, cash handling, and billing procedures by posting revenues to correct departments and balancing guest ledgers daily. Resolve guest challenges immediately, answer all calls courteously, and submit appropriate reports to corporate. Log pertinent information using hotel communication tools and assist with any tasks requested by management.
