Job Summary
Prepare and dispose of all night audit checklist work, reports, and nightly postings while ensuring accuracy in accounting, cash handling, and billing procedures. Welcome and register guests, process reservations, and answer inquiries with thorough product knowledge of room categories, rates, and local amenities. Resolve guest challenges immediately and maintain regular attendance per scheduling requirements. Submit appropriate reports to corporate and provide accounting support by balancing guest ledgers daily. Assist in other tasks as requested by management. This role supports LodgeWorks' 18 hotels and 950+ employees nationwide, fostering a strong family culture grounded in Midwestern hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- A plus: Practiced, with six months' related experience in hospitality or a service industry
- A must: Eager to be part of a great work culture and team
- Capable of exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally
- Capable of standing for an entire shift or for an extended amount of time
- Capable of reaching overhead, utilizing both hands, leaning over, stooping and kneeling
