Job Summary
Night Auditor balances daily revenue and expenses, performs front desk duties during the audit shift, handles guest check-ins/check-outs, adheres to payment and cash handling policies, generates daily reports, and addresses guest complaints to ensure satisfaction. Requires good communication and guest service skills, basic computer experience, and the ability to take action to meet guest expectations. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours. Knowledge of local activities and attractions is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Previous hotel experience preferred
