Job Summary
Night Auditor role responsible for overseeing nightly hotel operations, ensuring accurate guest billing, maintaining financial records, and serving as Manager on Duty from 11pm to 7am. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong organizational and customer-service skills, capable of handling front desk tasks (check-in/out, processing payments, reconciling transactions), posting room charges, and running nightly close-out reports. Must be able to stand for long periods, work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays, and adhere to safety protocols. Prior hotel front desk or accounting experience and proficient basic math/ data analysis skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions regarding guest check-in/out processes
