Job Summary
Night Auditor at Innisfree Hotels (Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach) responsible for verifying front office accounting records, posting room charges/taxes, summarizing daily financial activity, and ensuring accuracy of cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Roles include checking guests in/out, managing reservations, tracking room revenue and occupancy, running end-of-day procedures in PMS, and maintaining compliance with credit and inventory controls. Emphasizes guest-focused service, conflict resolution, and a positive, collaborative work environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality experience preferred; proficiency with reservation and POS systems, and English communication skills.
