Job Summary
Maximize revenue and create value by providing excellent customer service, including effective reservation sales, handling guest accounts, and assisting with check-in, check-out, and problem resolution. Audit and reconcile financial, statistical, and credit card reports; prepare and distribute daily, monthly, and annual reports according to hotel standards. Perform guest services functions as required, prioritize job functions to meet deadlines, and process daily, weekly, monthly, and annual data system functions. Keep management abreast of unusual operational or financial events and respond to governmental inquiries. Must work a part-time overnight shift from 10pm-6am or 11pm-7am on Thursday and Friday nights. Requires knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in keyboarding and hotel systems.
Required Qualifications

- Must be willing to cross train in other accounting or hotel-related areas
- Must be able to perform guest services functions
- Must be able to audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports
- Must be able to prepare and distribute necessary daily reports
- Must be able to prepare and distribute month-end reports
- Must be able to audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards
- Must be able to prioritize job functions in order to meet deadlines
- Must be able to perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual data processing system functions
- Must be able to keep management abreast of any unusual operational or financial events and/or deviations of policies or procedures
- Must be able to respond to governmental inquiries upon receipt
- Must provide high level customer service
- Must communicate effectively with guests and team members
