Job Summary
Night Auditor for Olympia Hospitality/Hyatt Place Oceanfront Supervises overnight operations with a focus on revenue and guest services. Responsibilities include handling reservations, check-in/check-out, up-selling, auditing and reconciling financial and statistical reports, preparing daily and month-end reports, distributing tax and discount reports, and transmitting credit card transactions. Requires effective customer service, ability to work with financial information, cross-training in accounting or hotel-related areas, and proficiency with keyboarding and hotel systems (MS Word, Excel). Hours are overnight (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am). Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and travel discounts. Knowledge of accounting principles and prior hospitality/customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work with financial information and data

- Proficiency with keyboarding and hotel-related software (e.g., MS Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented with strong arithmetic and data processing skills
