Job Summary
Night Auditor responsible for end-of-day accounting, posting guest charges, processing payments (room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit), balancing receipts, and generating the Room Rate Variance Report. Also handles guest check-ins, room assignments, issuing or reissuing keys, wake-up calls, and telephone switchboard duties, while maintaining professional appearance and guest service. Maintains safety and confidentiality, supports team goals, and ensures smooth night operations and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1-year related work experience
