Job Summary
Welcome guests with a friendly attitude during check-in and check-out, answer phone calls, make reservations, and resolve guest concerns promptly. Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, process payments, and complete the nightly audit process to generate required reports. Monitor hotel security throughout the overnight shift and perform property walks to ensure public areas remain clean, organized, and safe. Communicate important information to morning management and front desk teams while following all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
