Night Auditor - Hotel

Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures. Take, cancel, and change room reservations while providing information on hotel facilities and local points of interest. Investigate and resolve complaints, process departures with charge calculations and payments, and balance cash and complete related reports. Maintain inventory of vacancies and room assignments, follow emergency procedures, handle wake-up calls, and assist guests with special needs. Answer telephone messages and perform clerical duties such as faxing and filing.
