Job Summary
Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations while handling check-outs, room assignments, and special requests. Process invoices, post vendor checks, and distribute employee checks to reconcile accounts and balance the cash drawer. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, maintain key inventory, and verify guest registration accuracy. Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies while resolving concerns and assisting with inquiries. Available to work overnight shifts with a high school diploma and proven hospitality experience. Located in Bill, WY, with competitive benefits including a 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar hospitality role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent math and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Available to work overnight shifts
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Stable work history required
