Job Summary
Balance revenue and expense transactions from the day's operations while attending to guest needs during the audit shift. Process all check-ins and check-outs, handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, and adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies. Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours. Previous hotel experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
