Job Summary
Oversee the auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions while ensuring credit card systems reconcile with daily transaction lists. Check guests in and out, handle overnight requests, and process invoices to maintain efficient front desk operations. Reconcile accounts, prepare paychecks, and assist with overall cleanliness of hotel public spaces. Deliver a high level of customer service at all times while adhering to company brand standards. Work the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Support the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work the Night Audit shift, which is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Previous hotel/night audit experience preferred
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest
- Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Attend appropriate training courses, when required
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
