Prepare end-of-day reports, roll the property into a new business day, and process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications while accurately auditing room charges, taxes, and revenues. Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and crises calmly, including managing fire, robbery, or bomb threats. Monitor hotel security, sanitize lobby and entrance areas, and perform pool monitoring as required. Deliver sales opportunities and maintain proper key management and filing systems. Operate front office computer systems including Hilton branded software and property management tools. Process cash-handling and credit card transactions in compliance with financial regulations.
