Job Summary
Reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in guest billing while resolving discrepancies. Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing to maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures. Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours, responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. Support a safe and secure environment throughout the shift. This detail-oriented role requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire. Legacy Hospitality values compassion, authenticity, respect, and empathy in its team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable and able to work overnight shifts
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
- Professional and able to work independently
- Positive respectful and team oriented
- At least 2 years of hotel or front desk experience
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools
- Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire
- Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
- Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Candidates must be able to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
- Candidates must be able to occasionally lift carry or move items such as supplies or luggage
- Candidates must be able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout overnight shifts
